Session Details
Sessions with Charlotte include a combination of ancient breathing techniques and practices (pranayama) to improve your physical and mental well-being, movement (asanas) and deep relaxation (meditation/mind training), resulting in a switch from a sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) to a parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation), restoring balance in your body and a deep sense of calm and inner peace. Learn how movement and breath control can be used as a tool for self-regulation and transformation.
